Responsible for the development and management of new suppliers.
Conduct material inquiries and negotiations.
Perform material inventory analysis.
Sign procurement contracts with suppliers and monitor contract performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Production Management, etc.) to ensure procurement projects are executed smoothly in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
Continuously improve procurement processes and support cost reduction initiatives.
Supplier sourcing and supplier database management.
RFQ management for NPD (New Product Development) and transfer projects.
KPI scorecard management.
Coordinate with ROW and U.S. teams regarding sourcing activities and responsibilities.
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge
Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes within manufacturing operations.
Functional Skills
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective email management and timely response handling.
