- STL is a premium Korean activewear brand built for people who move. As we launch in Vietnam, we're building more than a customer base—we're creating a community.
- STL Tiên Phong is our exclusive founding community of fitness coaches, Pilates instructors, yoga teachers and trainers who will help introduce Korean premium activewear culture to Vietnam.
- We're looking for a Community Manager who believes that communities are built through genuine relationships—not commissions.
Your Mission
- Your mission is to build a community where coaches stay because they feel they belong, not simply because they earn commissions.
- You'll become the face of STL Tiên Phong, developing meaningful relationships with our founding members and creating an environment where they are proud to grow the brand together.
What You'll Do
1. Community Management (35%)
- Manage STL Tiên Phong communities on Zalo (General Community & Founding Circle)
- Plan and execute weekly community content
- Welcome and onboard every new member
- Encourage conversations and member engagement
- Share member success stories and outstanding content
- Maintain community guidelines and positive culture
- Ensure Founding members receive exclusive experiences while inspiring the wider community
2. Member Success & Relationship Management (25%)
- You will personally manage approximately 50 Founding Members.
- Responsibilities include:
- Build strong one-on-one relationships with every Founding coach
- Understand each member's studio, teaching style and social media presence
- Support onboarding and welcome kit delivery
- Handle product sizing and exchange requests
- Identify inactive members early and proactively reconnect
- Help members succeed before discussing performance expectations
3. Content & Ambassador Program Management (15%)
Monitor Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for coach-generated content
Curate and reshare outstanding UGC
Collect monthly activity reports through Google Forms
Maintain the community activity tracker
Recommend the best creator content for STL's official channels
Ensure sponsored content complies with Vietnam advertising disclosure regulations
4. Events & Experiences (15%)
- Plan and execute both online and offline community activities, including:
- Monthly community campaigns
- Coach Spotlight
- Monthly Challenges
- Product Preview Days
- Ask STL sessions
- Monthly offline classes and meetups
- Launch events and campaign activations
- You'll coordinate logistics, communicate with members and transform every event into engaging community content.
5. Performance Tracking & Operations (10%)
- Track ambassador sales and referral performance
- Prepare monthly commission reports
- Deliver commission announcements on time
- Maintain weekly KPI dashboards
- Prepare quarterly community reviews and member recommendations
6. Community Recruitment
- Support future Founding Member recruitment by:
- Managing applications
- Evaluating candidates
- Communicating with applicants
- Identifying high-potential members for promotion into the Founding Circle
What Success Looks Like
- A successful Community Manager creates a community where:
- Coaches actively support one another.
- Members continue participating even during months with lower sales.
- User-generated content grows organically.
- Founding Members become proud advocates of STL.
- The community feels exclusive, inspiring and welcoming—not just another group chat.
