Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning with a deep dive into influencer marketing, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful advocacy campaigns, particularly within the beauty industry.
Experience in affiliate marketing planning is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
