Supply Chain Management Part Leader

Job Objective:

In charge of and coordinate with contractors to manage overall import-export logistics activities, ensuring goods are cleared through customs, transported, and delivered on schedule while complying with legal regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors to carry out customs procedures for imported and exported goods.
• Manage and monitor international and domestic transportation schedules.
• Work with forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transportation service providers.
• Manage import-export documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and propose optimization solutions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Support the handling of issues related to customs, transportation, and customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to check material inventory in/out/stock and reconcile with the customs system.
• Report to the direct manager and perform assigned KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• At least 05 years of experience in Logistics/Import-Export in a manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of Vietnam customs regulations, Incoterms, and international transportation.
• Good English communication and working skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Gender: Male.
• Age: 25–35.
