Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing) working at Gia Lai

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing, $1150, ID 21313)
Production Planning & Coordination

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Sales teams to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and shipment timelines.

Logistics & Export Operations

• Manage both domestic and international shipments to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transportation providers.

• Oversee export documentation and customs clearance processes.

• Track shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and production planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, export procedures, and logistics operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
