- Check all contracts, invoices, and other related documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare reconciliations for machinery imports between customs declarations and the accounting system.
- Prepare reconciliations for imported raw materials for local/export sales.
- Check and provide advice for all import and export shipments to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Proactively study and draft updates on customs, tax, and legal regulations; advise on applying new customs laws to shipments.
- Ensure all statutory customs reports are submitted to local authorities before deadlines.
- Handle all administrative procedures related to customs.
- Work with tax and customs officers during customs audits when required.
- Lead the team in document storage management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment
- Proficient in English
