      Job Description

      • Đảm bảo việc vận hành sản xuất đủ số lượng, đúng chất lượng yêu cầu và đúng thời gian.
      • Kiểm tra, giám sát đảm bảo máy móc và thiết bị luôn hoạt động tốt.
      • Theo dõi việc tiết kiệm chi phí cho các loại máy móc và thiết bị.
      • Thảo luận và góp ý điều chỉnh nguồn lực, máy móc và khu vực làm việc phù hợp.
      • Tuân thủ nội quy, chính sách quy định và hoạt động 5S của công ty
      • Đào tạo nhân viên cũ và mới cho khu vực sản xuất
      • Lập  và cập nhật kế hoạch đào tạo với giám sát sản xuất và tổ trưởng
      • Lập và cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo
      • Đóng góp vào việc thiết lập cũng như cải tiến hệ thống đào tạo của công ty
      • Chuyển đổi kiến thức với những tố trưởng khác
      • Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám sát
      • Các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công bởi giám sát hoặc quản lý sản xuất.

      Job Requirement

      • Chuyên môn: Ưu tiên làm việc trong các ngành Cơ khí, Lắp ráp
      • Số năm kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 2 năm
      • Vi tính: Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, ETC.) 
      • Kỹ năng quản lý, có kinh nghiệm về máy móc và lĩnh vực cơ khí, có tinh thần trách nhiệm
      • Biết về ISO9001/14001 and IATF16949 là một điểm thuận lợi rất lớn.
