• Support the planning and execution of in-store marketing campaigns to drive traffic and enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to prepare POSM, communication assets, and ensure seamless in-store execution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining partnership activities, including joint campaigns and co branding initiatives.
• Work closely with partners to align on campaign objectives, execution timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (e.g., traffic uplift, redemption rate, sales contribution) and propose improvement actions.
• Support budget tracking and ensure expenditures are aligned with approved allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about store marketing and partnership management.
• Good command of English in both writing and communication.
• Must be available to work on-site at the KATINAT Head Office.
