Recruitment:
- Receive recruitment plans from the Planning Department and hiring requests from various departments.
- Post job vacancies on suitable platforms such as websites, social media, job forums, and job centers.
- Design job postings, flyers, and banners.
- Search, screen, and select suitable candidates.
- Contact and schedule interviews, guiding candidates for the recruitment process.
- Participate in interviews and evaluate candidates based on company recruitment criteria.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and confirm the joining date for selected candidates.
- Complete procedures for onboarding new employees, including job offer letters and labor contracts.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports.
- Receive and process resignation requests from employees, inputting data into the ERP system and storing resignation records.
- Summarize and submit salary information for new employees for approval.
- Assist employees in registering and updating bank account, coordinating with the bank on related issues, and forwarding account information to the payroll department.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and apply technology to enhance efficiency
Training:
- Conduct surveys and analyze actual training needs (TNA).
- Develop an annual training plan, including training budget.
- Design training programs and training materials for each corresponding course and ensure regular updates.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement training programs.
- Organize onboarding training for new employees.
- Organize or collaborate on other training sessions as required by the brand.
- Monitor and assess the quality of training programs through the survey and management comments to enhance training quality.
- Work with each dept to nominate internal trainers.
- Support internal trainers in improving teaching skills and knowledge delivery.
- Develop and evaluate internal trainer capacity.
- Coordinate with departments to organize relevant programs and events.
- Prepare training-related reports.
- Track and update internal trainers’ training hours and approve training costs.
- Maintain records related to training needs assessment and training evaluations.
- Manage the company's training center.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields
‐ Deep knowledge in VN Labor law and company policies.
‐ 1 years in HR fields
‐ Deep knowledge in buyer manual standard.
‐ English: High proficiency
‐ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
