Job Description

1. Drive Driver Supply Growth in Hanoi

  • Take ownership of the number of newly acquired driver partners and recruitment costs across different channels in Hanoi, with further expansion into the Northern provinces.

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly recruitment plans; allocate targets across channels and team members.

  • Analyze the quality of driver cohorts by recruitment source and proactively adjust the channel mix to optimize recruitment effectiveness.

2. Develop and Optimize Multi-channel Recruitment

  • Online Channel: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize CPL and conduct A/B testing on advertising content.

  • Offline Channel: Develop and implement recruitment activities in the field, at recruitment events, industrial parks, parking lots, and other key driver gathering points.

  • Referral Channel: Develop and operate referral programs through existing driver partners and customers.

  • B2B/Fleet Channel: Approach, establish, and develop relationships with transportation cooperatives and truck businesses in industrial parks across the Northern region.

  • Develop new recruitment channels and partnerships for EV vehicles.

3. Manage Top-Funnel Budget for the Northern Region

  • Develop and allocate budgets across different channels and activities, including Digital Ads, Offline, Referral, Events, and Field Sales.

  • Monitor weekly spending effectiveness and proactively propose budget adjustments and reallocations when necessary.

  • Take ownership of budget ROI and provide regular reports to the Assistant Operations Growth Manager.

4. Manage and Develop the Team

  • Directly manage the Acquisition, Telesales, and Driver Onboarding (DO) teams in the Northern region.

  • Set KPIs, regularly evaluate team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.

  • Develop growth and development plans for high-potential team members.

  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to ensure overall team performance and achievement of targets.

5. Own the Decal Truck Program in the Northern Region

  • Ensure that the decal installation rate immediately after driver activation meets the assigned target; develop and maintain appropriate mechanisms to drive performance.

  • Supervise the CTV decal installation network and ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established processes and standards.

6. Optimize Recruitment Operations Processes

  • Regularly review and standardize SOPs across the end-to-end recruitment operations flow: Top Funnel → Telesales → Onboarding → Tax → Admin → HR.

  • Identify bottlenecks throughout the Lead → DFD funnel and propose measurable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Product/Tech and relevant departments to improve tools and systems supporting recruitment and driver onboarding.

7. Reporting and Strategic Recommendations

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Assistant Operations Growth Manager.

  • Analyze recruitment results, channel performance, and relevant operational metrics.

  • Proactively propose strategies and improvement initiatives based on data and actual operational performance.

  • Present recruitment results, channel analysis, and strategic recommendations during regular reviews with management and leadership.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 3-4 members.

  • Strong operations mindset, with the ability to identify, analyze, and optimize processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to set goals and translate plans into action.

  • Experience applying AI and technology to optimize processes and improve productivity is a plus.
