Warehouse Operation Specialist

Temporary contract: 6months

- Oversee warehouse operations and transportation, including storage, order picking, delivery and inventory management, ensure strict adherence to safety and quality regulations.

- Handle and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, damages, shortages, and returns.

- Plan transportation and warehousing capacity based on demand forecast and seasonality.

- Monitor logistics KPIs and performance against targets.

- Monitor and analyze logistics and transportation metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in service levels.

- Verify logistics cost with 3PLs monthly and analyze transportation, warehousing costs to optimize cost per unit.

- Monitor 3PL performance and implement corrective actions when required.

1. Educational Background:

- A Bachelor degree or equivalent

- Major in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business/Accounting.

2. Working Experiences

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management at the same level

3. Technical Skills & Competency

- Be proficient in MS office, especially advanced MS Excel

- SAP system knowledge is mandatory

- Analytic and logical thinking, be able to use analytic tools is a significant advantage

- Well-developed customer service skills and focus

- Ability to communicate effectively across a range of organizational levels, from Managers to warehouse operatives and transportation

- Reporting skill

- Effective time management skills
