Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensure all operators comply with company policies and safety standards.

• Directly manage operators to perform daily tasks and meet customer-aligned KPIs.

• Oversee safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.

• Work with Warehouse Manager to achieve and maintain daily productivity and KPI targets.

• Manage warehouse workforce, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.

• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in conducting performance appraisals.

• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.

• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out), stock control, labeling, and no expired items in warehouse.

• Comply with work schedules, company rules, and workplace regulations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Department Manager.

• Report unsafe conditions/acts and investigate near misses and safety incidents.

• Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the warehouse and train staff on safety and quality.

Education & Experience:

• University degree or higher in relevant fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
