Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) opens doors for ambitious talents to become future leaders, equipping them with innovation, mentorship, and continuous learning through a clear development roadmap guided by experienced TTI leaders. The Company drives a robust portfolio of impactful initiatives in Vietnam, demonstrating ongoing commitment to the communities where we operate. Our recent highlights include:
• Community Resilience & Sustainable Housing: TTI partnered with Habitat for Humanity to execute housing and WASH projects in Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Kien Giang and Da Nang, providing disaster-resilient housing, vital sanitation infrastructure, and comprehensive training in disaster risk management to help vulnerable families thrive amid severe environmental challenges.
• Educational Advancement: we nurture future talents via the Ho Chi Minh City Young Talents Support Fund (2024 and 2025), Integrated Circuit Design Competition for Smart Cities for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025), our employee volunteers participated in Run for Education campaign to support students in needs with Teach for Vietnam in 2024.
• Public Health & Wellness: following our sponsorships, TTI Vietnam employees volunteered in Pink Run event with the Breast Cancer Network Vietnam, participated in humanitarian blood drives throughout 2023, 2024, and 2025 organized in collaboration with Vietnam Red Cross, HCMC Humanitarian Blood Donation Center and Cho Ray hospital.
• Disaster Relief (2025) and Community Empowerment: In rapid response to the 2025 floods, our team mobilized alongside the Fatherland Front to deliver essential support and deployed free motorcycle repair services to assist affected communities. To further strengthen community resilience in 2026, we launched the “Giving Gifts – Sharing Love” program in Cu Chi (Ho Chi Minh City), Duc Binh (Dak Lak), and Dau Giay (Dong Nai).
