Work Location: District 01, HCMC
Monthly Salary: 49,6M ~ 74,4M

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be in charge of budget and actual analysis in ongoing projects
- Be in charge of feasibility study preparation for new potential projects and for Joint Venture partner's F/S analysis
- Effectively communicate with relevant members, i.e., Project PICs (expats), Vietnamese investment managers in our company, HQ members, and accounting PICs at local JV companies.
- Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC in JV partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers.
- Analytical skills are more important rather than detailed journal entry preparation or tax treatment
- Prepare a feasibility study (project cash flow) for new potential projects of residential development.
- Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes, and translate documents from Vietnamese to English
- Other relevant tasks on request

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Finance or Accounting
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have around 10 to 15 years of working experience in investment finance, accounting, or auditing including experience in real estate companies
- Experience of working for joint ventures
- Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis
- Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residentials)
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas, and willing to improve the current processes

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience at Big 4 accounting firms is highly preferred
