- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000~25,800,000VND
Responsibility - Get forecasts from customers and arrange delivery on time based on customer requests. - Get support from the administration to proceed with business by following internal rules. - Train and supervise the young staff to maximize the team performance. - Daily conversation with customers to adjust delivery timing and quantity and exchange information - Report all the claims or any customer-related information to the Manager and General Manager. - Get forecasts from molders on time and report to the Manager. - Arrange delivery based on customer PO based on GM confirmation - Arrange delivery following payment before delivery based on GM confirmation - Input SAP correctly - Input logistics expense. - Make report of payment of agent commission to HQ and input into SAP. - Other necessary duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25-35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Chinese - Business Level (equivalent HSK5 or HSK6) & English Conversational Level (For Internal Communication) ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant/Delivery job in any industry ・Other: - Good skills in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel. - Team player who can also strategize, act, and execute independently - Strong communication, and negotiation skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Good at English skill ・Experience in the plastic industry ・Good to have experience in a Japanese company; experience using delivery systems like SAP
