<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales assistant
- Handling documents related to shipping, import/export, and customs
- Managing product delivery dates, interacting with customers
- Interactions with the parent company
2. Administrative work
- PIT and payroll calculations
- Budget management
- Supporting Japanese managers with HR and recruitment
- Office contracts, equipment management, purchasing
- Compiling monthly sales performance data
- Negotiating with various vendors
- Handling phone calls
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
‐ 5+ years of Human Resources and General Affairs
‐ Experience and knowledge of sales assistant work (customer service, customs clearance, import/export, delivery date management, document handling)
<Preferable>
・Sales or sales assistant experience at a trading company
・Knowledge of recruitment and labor
・Experience in the paper industry
・Accounting skills
