Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent – Customs Brokerage (Office) as below:

Job Description

• Work with customers to prepare & declare documents for inbound and outbound customs clearance.
• Do customs entry filing, physical inspection, customs liquidation at terminal (if request)
• Contact with truckers to follow up pick-up/ arrange delivery shipments.
• Prepare and send periodic reports to customers.
• Be able to build up relationship with customers harmoniously.
• Understand customers' business features, update new regulation from customs/ government authorities to customer.
• Respond to customer for import/ export regulatory requirements.
• Retain business and/ or develop new opportunities from customer.
• Be responsible for handling additional request besides customs clearance such as getting certificate of culture, quality, etc.
• Seek improvement opportunities of service performance, communication, work process, etc.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and 100% service commitment.
• Follow Company Compliance Policy

• Qualifications

• College degree or above or equivalent qualifications.
• Good PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Good English skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), understand cargo - related documents in English.
• Foreign trade & customs knowledge-based, experience in customs clearance is advantages.
• Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willing to work overtime, as required.
• Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Be proactive, honest, integrity, mindful and eager to learn new things.
