● Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
● Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
● Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Therefore, assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
● Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
● Seeking, expanding and increasing new customers.
● Coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, to work smoothly, handling customers’s orders.
● Manage and develop Sales Team, each Sales Executive improves skill, achieve individual goals as well as the overall goals.
● Weekly, monthly report to Director.
● University graduation major Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, related field.
● Specialized skill and experience for Forwarding, Logistics experience, supply chain, warehousing.
● Experience request: at least five years working in a logistics company and have experience of the same position.
● Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill).
