1. Job Description
Suunto, a leader in premium sports watches, dive computers, and precision instruments, is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our SPORT Channel channel in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, particularly dealers in the SPORT space, and must be fluent in english. This role is essential to expanding Suunto’s market presence and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our key partners and distributors.
2.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Vietnamese **SPORT Channel** market, focusing on Suunto's product range.
- Manage and nurture relationships with **key dealers** (key accounts), ensuring optimal channel performance and increased revenue.
- Work closely with partners to build strategic plans that align with their goals and Suunto’s sales objectives.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within the SPORT channel.
- Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional activities and product launches that drive channel performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, delivery timelines, and partnership agreements.
- Provide training and product education to key dealers and support their sales efforts with the necessary tools and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape to maintain Suunto's leading position.
3.Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international partners. mandarin will be added advantage
- Experience in Key Account Management: Proven experience in managing key dealers and accounts
- Understanding of the sport industry in vietnam
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strategic mindset for growth.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and develop actionable insights.
- **Willingness to travel** domestically and internationally as required for partner meetings and industry events.
4.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Lower education background is acceptable with Equivalent experience proven.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the related industry.
