Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for developing business growth in the HRC channel.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain, build, and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding and developing new customer networks.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HRC sales team.
  • Support sales staff in executing and achieving business plans and targets within the given timeframe.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of sales team members.
  • Advise and support the Board of Directors in developing business plans and strategies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned based on business needs.
  • WORK LOCATION: 30 Nguyen Khang, Yen Hoa, Cau giay, HN

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in imported food products.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in team management.
