• Grow the Open Nomination Business which is key for CCL Label’s diversified business potential.
• Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Units to direct sales activities of the sales team and drive sales revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and buying offices.
• Lead and develop a strong sales team, and ensure an effective sales organization to support business growth.
• Oversee profitability of accounts and products
• Explore business opportunities for new products and establish a network throughout the country.
• Guide and direct the sub-ordinates in achieving their objectives and developing skill sets.
• Follow up on company guidance on commercial and financial related to P & L.
• Follow up on new developments with the Ops team and relevant people.
• Work closely with Global Account Managers for new business development
At least 2- 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/ HPC Printing/ Pharma, Agriculture Chemical manufacturing, merchandising, and trim accessory supply preferable.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and activities in the industry.
• Provide marketing and management with market and industry intelligence.
• Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism.
• Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and in varied cultural, and social settings
• Participate in marketing events such as industry trade shows and seminars.
• Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems and implement solutions. Highly organized with a multi-task orientation.
• Ability to develop and drive vision, strategies, and sales tactics in the country
