1. Supporting & Assisting (40%)
- Follow all working procedures, the company ’s policies, regulations and instruction
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Colleagues to follow the rules, regulations and instruction.
- Understand the background, evidence, balance and logic of the rules and thoroughly implement them effectively.
2. Lead the organization, promote challenges and drive growth (30%)
- Promote solutions to various problems centered on Merchandising with independence and a sense of ownership.
- We will respect and support the other person, but we will not only support but also lead as needed.
3. Solve essential problems (20%)
- Organize problems, find bottlenecks, and work with all relevant departments to resolve them
- High communication skills, respect for others, and strong will are required.
4. Work on both the management side and the practical work side (10%)
- Don't get too caught up in the word "Assistant" and work consciously as a future management candidate
- Understand, execute, and improve the details of work, not a critic or consultant
- At least 1 year of experience an Assistant
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Japanese N3 level is preferable (as an ability even if dont have official qualifications)
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Soft, harmony character
- Flexibility
- Integrity
- Time-management and teamwork skills.
