To develop, establish and manage the sales strategy process, including the generation of brand/ sales strategies, channel strategies and category reviews.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute and conduct activities to strengthen brand image throughout BTL activities to ensure the brand image visually.
Assist TMK Manager in creating idea, concept, for assigned projects in special occasion of the year in order to maximize brand exposure.
Co-ordinate with brands and sales departments in organizing nationwide promotion and event.
Support to TMK Manager in controlling A&P budget spending for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget spending report when required.
Responsible for new channel development in order to expand brands coverage. Propose improvement for these new channels every – year.
Manage and co-ordinate internal & external communication to ensure accomplishing the assigned works within planned schedule.
Responsible for searching and evaluating outsourcing that is fit in budget/ requirement for specific project.
Provide ad-hoc assistance when required
Make monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel

At least 2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing,
University graduated.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Proactive, teamwork, highly motivated to work and deliver through the team.
Strong sense of creativity and adaptability in dealing with a diverse work environment
Good command of written and spoken English and computer skills.
