Assist the board of directors in designing, mission, values and strategic objectives of the B2B channel.
Lead, guide, direct and evaluate team performance and develop the team and ensure a conducive work environment in accordance with the company's core values.
Contribute to sales innovation, strategic business development and company profitability as determined by the company's strategic objectives.
Evaluate the company's success in achieving its goals and formulate plans to fix problems if the company does not achieve its goals.
Manage the company's daily operations and revenue and ensure sustainable business growth which includes managing the company's finances, identifying plans to increase revenue and analysing financial reports and preparing an effective and efficient operating budget.
Maintain competitor awareness by analyzing competitor activities to find opportunities, customer expansion and new industry developments and standards.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet overall business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields.
Have at least 7 years of work experience in management role with at least 3 year of experience in cosmetics/ personal care/ HBA
Have deep knowledge of Modern Trade & General trade channel
Know about trade marketing concept
Influential communication and good team management skills
Fast, agile with business ethics and analytical skills
MS Office and English proficiency
