GCP are seeking a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience particular in FMCG, Healthcare, or Personal Care to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of sales and market data, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive business efficiency. The candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, category and warehouse in specially to optimize business performance, enhance market execution, and support data-driven decision-making.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- System Operation & Process Optimization:
Manage and optimize DMS (Distributor Management System) and SAPO to enhance sales and distribution efficiency.
Ensure smooth operation of sales force automation (SFA), CRM, and other business support systems.
Work with cross-function to troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, and implement enhancements.
Support system integrations between DMS, SAPO, and other internal platforms for seamless data flow.
- Sales & Distribution Performance Monitoring:
Develop and maintain sales KPIs, trade marketing performance dashboards, and route-to-market efficiency reports.
Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and handle inventory data from DMS and SAPO to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, trade marketing performance reports, and distributor KPIs.
Work with sales and trade marketing teams to track promotion effectiveness, pricing strategies, and outlet coverage.
Monitor distributor operations and identify areas for improvement in supply chain efficiency and order management.
- Process Improvement & System Enhancements:
Gather business requirements and collaborate with IT teams to enhance Power BI, SAPO, CRM systems.
Identify pain points in business processes and propose solutions for commercial operation.
