Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to propel our business expansion. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities within the property market, assessing their viability, fostering robust relationships with property owners, enhancing the value of landlords' assets, and finalizing deals. Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Horizontal Expansion:

- Develop and implement comprehensive market penetration strategies tailored to each district and neighborhood.

2. Business Growth Facilitation:

- Contribute significantly to growth initiatives by identifying and exploring new opportunities within the property market.

3. Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough research on market trends, identify potential partners, and deliver critical insights to enhance strategic approaches.

4. Property Assessment:

- Evaluate the potential of properties, analyzing profitability to inform strategic decision-making.

5. Relationship Development:

- Engage with property owners, foster strong relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Establish and surpass sales objectives, providing regular updates on progress to management.

7. Deal Finalization:

- Expertly manage negotiations, articulating persuasive arguments for collaboration and successfully concluding agreements.

Requirements

  • A deep enthusiasm for the real estate / co-living, or property technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and investment strategies.
  • A proficient communicator with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and finalizing intricate B2B agreements.
  • Self-driven: proactive, results-oriented, and committed to achieving excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also excelling in independent tasks.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Willing to travel throughout Ho Chi Minh City (travel expenses claimable).
