Business Development Specialist responsibilities include prospecting new clients, Pipeline growth and Market expansion. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams & external strategic clients to improve the entire performance of the project.
Client Acquisition: Proactive & hunger to identify and engage new clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
Consultative Approach: Analyze client pain points and provide tailored solutions using UrBox offerings. Strategic and future-focused, always thinking about “what’s next" during the progress of working.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic Insight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance project performance.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, forecast sales results, and communicate progress to stakeholders daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
At least 02 years of B2B sales experience
Ability to provide new and distinct insights to clients.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the client's personality, as well as the customer's key motivations.
Proficiency in identifying and articulating distinct business metrics relevant to their industry.
Experience in managing relationships within companies that have complex departmental hierarchies.
Expertise in designing solutions, presentations, and proposals
Willingness and enjoyment in debating.
Proactive in challenging customers and prepared for peer-to-peer negotiations aimed at achieving win-win outcomes.
