Mô tả Công việc
Salary, Bonus, and Benefits:
- Participate in the end-to-end payroll process, design salary structures, pay scales, and welfare policies for all employees.
- Address employee inquiries within assigned authority regarding salary, bonus calculations, and compensation policies.
- Support and contribute to the development of performance management and annual appraisal systems as required.
- Do monthly reports.
Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax (PIT):
- Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance procedures.
- Update and manage labor contract information to ensure timely contract renewals in compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain and manage employee data on the company’s HR management system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Report employee headcount changes, register medical facilities, and guide employees on resolving insurance-related matters.
- Prepare and file PIT declarations and finalize PIT reports for employees.
Administration & Legal:
- Prepare labor contracts, update, and manage contractual information to ensure timely renewals as per regulations.
- Draft official documents such as appointments, promotions, transfers, and position changes in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in drafting company regulations and internal policies to align with legal requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in C&B, payroll processing, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance practices.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing large data sets.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills to handle employee inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Vietnamese (mandatory) and English (preferred).
