Job Summary
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate and administer personal income tax (PIT), social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
• Maintain employee payroll and benefits records.
• Manage employee data and update information in the HR system.
• Support labor contract administration and employee benefits programs.
• Prepare HR reports related to payroll, labor costs, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll/C&B.
• Good knowledge of payroll processing, PIT, and social insurance regulations.
• Experience using HR software or payroll systems.
• Good Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with confidential information.
Working time: Mon - Sat, 8h-17h
