Responsibilities:
- Working with Group Brand Managers/ Team leaders to plan and forecast sales, margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Setting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
- Monitoring actual vs. target performance review (daily & month-to-date)
- Assisting the Commercial Director on key business decisions through analyses on an ad-hoc basis
- Driving important processes throughout the Commercial team
Requirements:
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- Executive: 1~3y
- Highly analytical & structured mindset
- Attention to detail and inquisitiveness a plus
- Very strong knowledge of Excel
- Good command of English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex problems effectively
3. Competency requirements:
