Overview of duties: Follow up with customer from the receipt sample to issuing invoice steps. Cooperate with lab and other departments to have smooth run for each submission/ program in charge
Customer Service Daily Task
1. Receive Test Request Form (TRF) directly from customer or sales staffs then compare all related information with the actual sample receipt at our lab to ensure all information are correct and match to each other, before updating in internal system
2. Transfer checked samples and related TRF to relevant lab divisions (SL physical lab/ Chemical lab/ Footwear lab/ Subcontrators etc…)
3. Issue quotation to customer, coordinate with sales staff to get approval (if needed) before informing to lab to go ahead test process
4. Follow up with labs to ensure test results are released on time as mentioned in TRF (Normal/ Express/ Priority service)
5. Complete typing reports, ensure it has been well reviewed and send to customer as scheduled
6. Cooperate with lab technicians, report checker to clarify any technical issue for further consult and feedback to customers when necessary
7. Ensure related invoice, daily, weekly, monthly summary is issued and sent to customer on time after jobs is completed
8. Support to follow up the debt collection to ensure meet target of company’s DSO
Sales Function
1. Received new inquiry and consult to customer about company’s service/ updated regulations related to customer’s products
2. Maintain good relationship with loyal customers include local & global ones, to keep them continuing using our service by fast responsive feedback and fast, effective support to them
3. Support GKAM/ Local KAM/ Line Manager in other assigned tasks
Experiences: 2 years experienced in Customer Service is an advantage
Education Background, Major: Graduated from College from major of business administration, economics, public administration or related
Foreign Languages Skills: English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking – Average level.
