Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Write contents and post information on Social networks

Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or equivalent
Candidates must possess Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
Having knowledge of Marketing, SEO is an advantage. Proven work experience as a Content Writer is a plus
