Main Tasks: Data Analysis with Google Sheets

1/ Our inventory for all things that we buy are tracked

2/ Each department requests items for purchase using the inventory item numbers

3/ Once Purchasing places the order, it auto-sends email to requestor that items been purchased with estimated arrival date

4/ At arrival, receiving scans the QR code of the item to indicate the qty has been received

5/ The system keeps track of OnTime arrival

6/ From the Inventory, we track weekly CCL and Preg inventory

7/ QC database tracks qty per defect code and creates weekly Pareto

8/ Shipping/warehouse database keeps track % CCL remake

9/ Sale database reports daily and weekly, jobs quoted and jobs/amount booked by customer.

10/ The next Big project is to Track order process locations per Traveler Route Code

11/ Another project is display on a separate website, an interactive Define For Manufacturability now being created by all the engineers

12/ Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-       Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

-       2 years of experience in System Management.

-       Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).

-        Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.
