Mô tả Công việc

This position is responsible for getting new business opportunity and maintain the existing customer under FESL (Fairs, Events & Special Logistics Service). Sales, development of Fairs & Events and Special Logistics Service in Vietnam to achieve the desired targets & requirements.
• To achieve yearly revenue & GP target as mutually agreed
• Identify opportunity and keep hunting new business under FESL market.
• Quotation for assigned clients.
• Revenue & GP on Monthly/Quarterly report
• Update customer information, minute of meeting, pipeline, sale lead report
• Join product development for new innovative solution to go beyond client’s expectation.
• Communication and co-operate with Schenker FESL overseas together with other Vietnam colleagues and other depts. Create FESL strategies to sell more and grow faster under FESL accounts list as agreed.
• Responsible for sale & development of Fairs & Events business in Vietnam focusing on away games/ home games
• Responsible for receving sale lead from agent network to follow sale, make sale report to agents. Send sale lead to oversea agents and follow up.
• Build up and develop agent network for F&E business away games/ home games ( with Schenker and non schenker agents)
• Build up relationship and provide customer service to organizers, venue owners, standbuilders and business association, trade promotion departments.
• Visit clients and oganizers on site to get information for new business development and service improvement
• Supporting for operation, coordination on site work for both Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh and oversea shows.
• Communication and co-operate with Schenker Special logistics overseas together with other Vietnam colleagues and other depts.
• Other tasks as assigned by Mekong head FESL.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Excellent Sales skill
• Proficient in English Skill
• Capable of using MS office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoints
• Good communication skill to the people at all level
• Ability to work under presure

• Minimum 3 years experience sale in logistics /freight forwarding business.
• Understanding fairs/ Event/ Special logistics is preferable.
