- Receive and implement the COMMUNICATION strategy for the brand in charge, focusing on Digital channels, and monitor, report and evaluate proposals to improve communication campaigns in charge to reach maximum consumers without most cost effective.
- Implement other marketing plans assigned by superiors, coordinate with departments and divisions throughout the Company and external partners to jointly implement the Brand's Marketing plan: Hand over goals of VOLUME, MARKET SHARE through Strengthening brand health through building the most effective content.
- Co-operate to develop segmentation strategy, positioning, communication messages, coordinate with Marcom team to carry out communication for all products.
- Coaching and training the team through on-the-job training, mentoring (70-20-10) and coordinating training for sales staff about the products they are in charge.
- Develop and apply communication management tools & Build, complete and improve process systems
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Commercial Management
- Have at least 3 years of experience working in Digital electronics industries with sales of over 10 million USD/year and at least 1 year of experience in a management and supervisory position.
- Proficient in English in 4 skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
- Very proficient in office information technology (Microsoft office)
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, organize and update, process information and coordinate and lead internal teams and other departments to deliver the company's common goals.
- Ability to work independently or in groups, have high ownership of work, coaching and team leadership, and can withstand high work pressure
- Have analytical skills and understanding of Platform Media of Digital, and how to optimize them.
