3. Candidate Assessment and Selection:

Lead candidate interviews and evaluations, providing timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
4. Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Act as a brand ambassador, conveying our company culture and values
5. Employer Branding:

Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage candidates
