Requirement compliance

• Ensure all ES licenses to be obtained and in valid

• Ensure the ES strategy, standard and procedures to be documented and maintained as per requirements

Operation system continuous Improvement

• Drive the programs of Global system - Safety & Environment Pillars

• Improve the Safety Culture and Behavior in the brewery

• Coordinate to achieve PSM compliance for the brewery

Safe Operation

• Work as solution provider to safety, environment, and security problems.

• Ensure the safety operation implementation properly applied

• Drive KPI to achieve the expectation

People management

• Effectively manage the Emergency Response Team, Safety Committee and Contractors according to the brewery standards and regulatory

• Build and develop ES team in a proactive manner

Ensure the competency of human resource in ES

• Develop and deliver environment and safety trainings in the brewery

• Ensure safety trainings complied with regulatory

Ensure the CSR role and sustainability strategy: Drive Environmental & Safety Campaigns, Events & CSR

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University level in Engineering and/or Safety and Environment 

• 4-5 years Safety & Environment experience in manufacturing companies 

• Fluently in English; Good at MS Office 

• Good knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety Trainer Certification by Law is a plus 

• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadline; never satisfy with achievement and never stop challenging; Humbleness & Moving fast 

• Strong leadership, Logical thinking, problem solving, hardworking, learning mindset, communication, interpersonal skills 

• Strong ability of team building, cooperation, and coordination
