Mô tả Công việc
Job Description:
- To issue office receipts, manage bills for residents, and ensure compliance with legal requirements by issuing VAT invoices daily.
- To prepare account and receivable payments.
- To generate essential daily reports, including collection & cash reports.
- To support to formulate, implement, and monitor the daily accounting policies and procedures of the Finance department.
- Other assigned duties as and when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or professional qualification from a recognised Accounting body
- At least 2 year post qualification working experience in the finance, accounting functions
- Experience in property development is preferable
