II.Main duties and Responsibilities
To follow customers SOP and internal SOP
To comply and meet all KPI from customers and company
To follow up shipment as per procedure: advice and feedback to customer and overseas stations shipment status and make respective booking arrangement (pickup, booking with carriers etc.)
To check and verify documents and update company systems
To carry out the approved improvement and changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors.
Send the Pre-Alert to customer and receiving house
Following up with documents and routing until delivery of cargo to destination.
To File and update AMS/ACI/ AFR/VGM
To issue debit note/proforma invoice and book accrual cost in shipment/consol
To update CW1, EDC, … and other applications
To report and feedback on irregularities, pre-claims, and problems to Supervisor and Line Manager
To carry out approved proposed improvement/changes on procedures and systems
To follow customers SOP and internal SOP
To follow up and complete shipment
To back up other operation team
To take up additional tasks as assigned
To support Sales and overseas offices for retaining existing and gaining new customers
To handle incident, pre-claim and feedback to customer’s inquiries, complaints, claims follow up
To verify cost and provide shipment number for incoming invoices from Intercompany and subcontractors/carriers
To handle and ensure billing/costing on time
To follow and complete shipment till arrive destination
To complete all required task from company systems.
To optimize relationship with customers, carriers and subcontractors to deliver excellence service
To carry out daily operations tasks efficiently and work within area guidelines and company’s policies and procedures
To update CW1, EDC, … and other applications
To report and feedback on irregularities, pre-claims, and problems to Supervisors
To carry out approved proposed improvement/changes on procedures and systems
To back up other operation team
To take up additional tasks as assigned

· Experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
· Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
· Basic geography knowledge
· Basic accounting and administrative skills
· Careful person/focus in detail
· Good at Microsoft excel, word
Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Efficient with Operation system CW1
Good knowledge on Transportation
Good background on Security filling, Dangerous cargo handling, Pharma Handling, Consolidation planning
