Trade Marketing Manager is a critical role who will be responsible to translate marketing ideas into winning customer and shoppers’ actions; and create Impactful In-Store activations. Translate marketing objectives and knowledge of products, customers and shoppers into business opportunities in line with channel roles and strategies to maximize business growth and ROI.
Bringing the category vision into life in the market via collaboration with Brand and Sales Teams
Develop in-store strategies and tactics that motivate customers positively (both short and long term) and shoppers to buy
Evaluates promotion effectiveness on account productivity, plans; implements and monitors trade activities, and promotion programs
Provides merchandising solutions that optimizes sales objectives and ROI by format; uses and applies existing company’s display tools and best practices whenever applicable
Collects and manages market intelligence for management decision making
Supports the sales team in the deployment of the Perfect Store Picture of Success
Engages third party agencies and distributors for the execution of the brand activities and management of assets
2. Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities:
Data Analytics
Sell In and Sell Out consolidation and analysis of promotions and campaigns
Recommend Key Actions and decision ready reports from drawn insights
Business Operations
Co-lead the implementation of channel & category strategies developed by both Sales & Marketing consistent to the Category Vision
Independently leads discussion of BPIs and Local promotions to Distributor Sales team.
Leads the implementation and monitoring of Trade Promotion Effectiveness; to be able to draw insights for forward decision making
Champions Co-packing process and execute on time and in full all promotions
Execute planned sampling activities and capture potential insights for programs deployed
Designs local translated POSMs by him/herself or with local third party agency
Merchandising
Recommends merchandising solutions that optimizes sales objectives and ROI by format; uses and applies existing company’s display tools and best practices whenever applicable.
Supports the sales team in the deployment of the Perfect Store Picture of Success
Retail Environment
Collects and manages market intelligence for management decision making.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2 to 3 years’ experience in sales & distribution / channel management / field trade marketing
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Demonstrated strong planning capability
Creative and strategic thinker with experience of third party agency needs, structure and process
Understanding of online advertising ecosystem, social media, digital and mobile marketing
Ability to be proactive: take initiative, think and deliver new solutions.
Track record of pitching, setting up and delivering partnerships with key stakeholders
High level of Project Management skills
Superb written, visual and verbal presentation skills
Proactive versus reactive thinker who maintains a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities
Ability to handle stress and remain calm and productive under unexpected pressures
Product Marketing experience is a plus
Good command of English.
