POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist will participate in implementing daily employee-related operations within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team under the close guidance and supervision of the management. This role will undertake
a wide range of P&C tasks and act as a regular point of contact with the aim to foster, maintain and transform employee working experience.
Activities include managing the daily HR processes and regularly interacting with employees. You should be able to demonstrate a great degree of empathy, while also being resolution and results-driven. You should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for daily administrative tasks to implement human resources (HR) processes, including but not limited to, HR data management, timekeeping, benefits, employee engagement and retention,termination process, etc.
2. Perform data entry and assist in testing, updating functionalities, and reporting any issues or errors on the internal HR software/systems according to management requirements and within the scope of job responsibilities. Maintain and update the human resources database in a timely and effective manner
3. Receive, check, and maintain HR documents according to the management requirement
4. Guide and answer employees' questions about HR issues within the scope of job responsibilities
5. Coordinate with relevant departments during the preparation process for employee reward, engagement, and recognition activities
6. Collect, perform basic analysis, compile data, and prepare HR reports (according to regulations and as requested)
7. Support in reviewing and making recommendations to improve processes, procedures, forms, and systems to enhance the quality of HR services
8. Participate in team or company activities/projects
9. Other reasonable duties as requested
