Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluations.
Oversee the payroll, bonuses, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, social insurance, and health insurance in accordance with legal regulations.
Ensure the company complies with corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards as required by partners, clients, or evaluation organizations (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, or similar standards).
Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare documentation, handle audits, and address issues related to labor, environment, and business ethics.
Report CSR evaluation results to the leadership team and propose solutions to enhance the company’s reputation.
2. Canteen Management:
Oversee canteen operations to ensure meal quality
Control costs, and work with suppliers to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
3. Security Oversight:
Recruit, train and assign tasks to Security team
Supervise security operations to ensure the safety and security of company assets and personnel.
Handle security incidents and report promptly to BOD
4. Admin management:
Manage company facilities, equipment, and assets.
Develop and enforce administrative rules and policies to maintain a professional work environment.

Bachelor’s graduation in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in human resources and administration management, with preference for candidates from manufacturing/factory environments
Experience overseeing payroll processes, with strong knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
Proven experience handling corporate social responsibility (CSR) audits or working with international standards is mandatory
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Honest, careful, accountability, and capable of working under high pressure
