Mô tả Công việc

  1. Support to IE Manager to manage IE team in terms of performance and deliver expectations Management Team.
  2. Daily driving for actions and task tracking of team members
  3. Leading IE team to deliver overall objectives and KPI
  4. Achive Savings target of department.
  5. Provide support to team members
  6. Training/Coaching and identifying key talent for development
  7. Define improvement opportunities and draw-out solutions
  8. Managing the daily work and resource arrangement of IE team.
  9. Leading the IE team in terms of task completion and development.
  10. Be responsible to deliver IE objectives and KPIs.
  11. Follow up and keep track of tasks and improvements.
  12. Provide solutions to concerned issues from other departments in terms of IE.
  13. Manufacturing process and documentation control (review, update)
  14. Driving for continuous improvement, especially on productivity and process flow.
  15. Developing internal resources of IE.

This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 2,7,9,10/Go Vap/Thu Duc; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. 5-7 years of manufacturing experience with a Multi-national company in Industrial Engineering 
  2. University graduate, Major in Engineering or Industrial Management.
  3. Experienced in assembly, packing process.
  4. Solid experience in layout and process flow management, preferably of warehouse optimization.
  5. Certification in LEAN, 6 Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment
  7. Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills
  8. Strategic thinking skills
  9. Strong oral and written English skills.
  10. Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope and capability. 
  11. Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
  12. Strong Process Understanding.
  13. Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.
  14. Skill in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
  15. Able to effectively communicate
