1. Retail Management
- Oversee and manage retail operations in Vietnam, Shanghai, and Taipei.
- Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand retail presence.
- Support regional retail teams and partners in delivering a consistent and unique customer experience, with excellence, across our store network.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
3. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to the retail team.
- Plan training and management plan of store retail teams.
4. Financial Management
- Monitor and manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance of the retail operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and increase profitability.
5. Marketing and Brand Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and vision.
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
6. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on retail performance, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Use data and insights to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sport, fashion, or golf industry.
- Experience in retail management of Asia countries is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Proficient in market analysis and competitor research.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English.
