We are looking for passionate & ambitious Senior Global Business Development Executives, directly collaborate with our CEO, to build up the next chapter together. The position is
accountable for growing existing business and hunting new business development and revenue through Direct Sales and Customer Relationship Management. This position is expected to take lead our BD department in 6-9 months as per your actual performance evaluation.
REPORT LINE: CEO
The position will be responsible for building a meaningful and quantifiable pipeline, opening high-level conversations, qualifying opportunities, identifying the decision makers, and closing the deal in a timely manner. This position requires meeting annual sales revenue targets and an understanding of how to execute long-term growth goals. The ideal candidate should know the
competitive landscape of the client as well as bring experience and contacts into potential clients right out the gate.
• Active identifying the potential customers, approaching and taking necessary actions to win the projects such as:
• Conducting meetings with customers to present the company, our capabilities, service and product.
• Creating a proposal based on the existing technical solutions or studying a potential technology solution for the client’s needs with our Head of Presales / Head of Delivery.
• Attending conferences/events/associations to generate leads, convert leads to opportunities, deals, and close the deals.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.
• Having at least 3 years' experience in Tech sector, SaaS related Sales Skills, preferably strong understanding in IT offshore outsourcing business model.
• English must be excellent (Advance, preferably Vietnamese used to live/work in other countries).
• Experience in Sales by working with “C” level/Sr Executive level contacts in these accounts, engaging with them focused on account mining and relationship building.
• Experience in creating large proactive deals, creating strategy, planning and roadmaps. Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling.
• Excellent customer interface skills – outstanding communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long-term valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Open-minded, listening, proactive, dedicated and handling uncertainty.
• Result-oriented, strong commitment, cost-efficient mindset and entrepreneurship.
• Handling in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions. This will require a high level of knowledge of the software industry and technology trends.
