Minthacare is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to be part of our E-commerce team. Working closely with the E-commerce manager, you will support him/her in managing the portfolio of brands, and in successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans. You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on TikTok Shop.
Scope of Responsibilities
Act as key contact point between Enabler and internal departments to drive performance for brand on TikTok
Develop the relationship with enabler and tiktok to get the best support
Delivery expert recommendations on the business plan, promotions and traffic planning (Livestream, Video, Creator_Affiliate, TikTok ads)
Develop with the support of marketing department the activities and promotion plan
Ensure a perfect execution of the marketing plan and its assets.
Ensure all account / store KPIs are met
Follow and report the competitor activities
Report the performance of the store and suggest any action plan to improve the performance
Any other sales or operational duties related to TikTok
Responsible for Tiktok shop management to ensure all run smoothly
Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively come up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales
Manage stock levels and liaise with related stakeholders to ensure stock is adequate for campaigns
Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy
Research and update TikTok trend to create content ideas for Livestream, Video
Standby Livestream, ensure all contents are delivered correctly (Brand DNA, product info, promotion scheme,…)
TikTok ads/Affiliate
Caringly reply to end user question (chat) as needed
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada/Shopee), with another enabler, with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to work with another department and function as marketing, design, sales, etc
Experience in managing and growing stores on TikTok
Experience in creating content on TikTok is a plus
Experience in Beauty category will be added advantage
Experience in creating promotion calendars and monthly activation plans
Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions
Project management experience
Good excel and powerpoint skills
