The Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible for the planning and strategy leading. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD)/Sales team to identify client needs and develop effective marketing and business strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to ensure successful campaign implementations and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Proposal:
• Work closely with the BD/Sales team to define the objectives of campaigns, based on client business needs, focusing on sales or customer behavior.
• Ensure all content and formats comply with brand guidelines and meet client objectives.
• Develop and present proposals to clients, aligning with their goals and expectations.
• Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the company.
Analysis & Research:
• Conduct detailed market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and competitive threats for both clients and the company.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to develop strategies that mitigate risks and leverage new market opportunities.
Implementation of Campaigns/Projects:
• Lead the effective implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization, collaborating with the Account Management (AM) and Creative teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement and refinement in the strategic planning process, maintaining high standards and flexibility in response to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and business strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mindset.
• Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
