Provide support to develop menu plan that will fuel business growth that contribute to improvement in customers, sales and profitability.
Regular reviews of menu plan to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy and relevance to market conditions.
Identify and capture new menu opportunities through regular scans and updates of the industry competition.
Execute menu plan and translate all planned action into product / promotion calendar with clear KPIs and targets.
Conduct consumer research/product testing/store pilot as needed.
Menu Innovation - Development
Drives and identifies initiatives, best-in -class ideas, concepts, and menu trends (food and beverage) that support shaping the menu plan that is future proof.
Leads discussions with key stakeholders (internal and external suppliers) to convert product concepts/ pipeline into actual menu items – complete with builds (food and packaging), costs, proposed menu pricing, and restaurant procedures.
Works with Supply Chain to ensure the product development and supplier selection exercises are in line with the over-all Supply Chain strategies
Menu Deployment – Operational Execution
Project management, coordinates with key stakeholders to deploy menu projects, ensure cross functional alignment.
Work cross functions on system set up & preparation (SOC, Procedure, Tech, Yield), stock preparation & demand projection, promotions & communications and stores execution.
Provide support in managing operational complexity.
