Analyze strategies and tactics of nationwide small formats in space management for each categories
Develop space management principles/guidelines and Planogram proposal for Wipro categories in assigned customers to customer development and trade marketing team by leveraging space planning system
Maintain image library to ensure latest products are available for using in software.
Making a planogram proposal for each individual MT customer with selling story for new product launch
Negotiate (and/or together with respective Account Manager) for the planogram proposal to assigned MT customers
Keep tracking space performance of MT (some customers will be assigned by manager

Identify and evaluate space share to find out the opportunities to optimize the Proposal Planogram for assigned customer.
Do category captaincy process for participating retailers and suppliers.
Support to analyze business performance (data from a variety of internal and external sources) for each category by brand/ flavor/SKUs in each customers to optimized visibility in MT Channel.
Work closely or support Customer marketing team to optimized assortment via leveraging (internal / external data, analyze SKUs performance)

1. At least 3 years of related experience.
2. A seasoned professional with working experience in multi-national FMCG companies.
3. University Degree qualified is required; Fluency in English is advantage
4. Able to communicate and influencing people ability.
5. Ability to work under pressure and still produce result.
6. Ability to be proactive and plan and follow through.
