Warehouse Management:
· Supervise daily warehouse activities, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
· Ensure proper organization and optimization of storage space in frozen, chilled, and dry storage areas.
· Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouses.
· Ensure physical stock is accurately reflected in the SAP system.
· Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are implemented, such as FEFO (First Expire First Out) and product classification in the warehouse.
· Report product issues, short dates, and expired items promptly to HQ.
· Maintain the goods warehouse in good condition.
Logistics Coordination:
· Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to hotel and restaurant customers.
· Monitor and optimize transportation routes to enhance efficiency.
· Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
· Keep track of truck registration, insurance, and report when they need to be renewed.
· Follow daily route delivery.
· Support and deliver goods to customers if necessary.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate warehouse and delivery teams (3 employees)
· Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
· Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
· Coordinate with third-party service providers in Hanoi.
Quality Control:
· Implement and maintain quality control processes for incoming and outgoing products.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
· Conduct weekly stock checks to maintain accuracy.
· Follow the company's operating procedures.
Communication:
· Liaise with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure seamless coordination.
· Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors (BOD) to address any operational concerns or requirements.
· 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership.
· Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes.
· English speaking and writing is mandatory.
